A day out with Rah. Midday I met my sister for a little shopping and lunch at New England Soup Factory. Everyday NESF has 9-12 soups, and so many delicious flavors to choose from. It was a great meal filled with veggies which we both loved.

So what do you do with an over-abundance of cherry tomatoes? Make bruschetta, of course! One of our new favorite restaurants makes a really good one so we combined parts of that with some recipes we found online. First, take all those wonderfully ripe cherry tomatoes you harvested yesterday.

My first self create recipe consists of delving into no less than 3 recipes involving ginger, molasses, an a mix of the two. The extra texture is wonderful, not stringy, and works very well with the mixture of dough and sugar coating. Definitely not to be missed! I have only heard good things thus far about the results. Divine potato and leek soup.
